General charges  & payment

All our prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT , Which will be charge for all services where applicable at the prevailling rate , Parking charges and tolls are not included and will be charge at cost ,

General

You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in the sales receipt we email you confirming your booking. Sterling Executive Travel will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will email you an amended sales receipt Sterling Executive Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

Rates

All rates are in pounds sterling and Prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and amount of passengers travelling taken into consideration Parking charges (e.g. at airports) are not included and will be charged at cost. All charges start and finish at the originating Sterling Executive Travel service location, with the exception of airport transfers. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Bank Holidays

A surcharge of 50% will be made for services provided on Bank or Public Holidays and 100% on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day.

Waiting Time

For airport pickups we do not charge for the 1st hour's waiting time after the plane has landed .However if the passenger if stuck in immigration or has lost luggage we would have to charge waiting at £24/hr pro rata .For any other pickup address we wait 10 minutes free of charge after that charges apply.

Payment,

For payment please choose one of the following options, Cash, US Dollars, Euros, Credit Card, PayPal , For the payment on the day we only accept Cash - Credit card payments must be made by prior arrangement,

Booking Cancellation Policy

Sterling Executive Travel will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 12 hours notice given and there will be no charges. All cancellations made under 12 hours notice please read our refund policy ,The cancellation must be made via an email or telephone which you will receive confirmation by us.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued on the Following Grounds:

  • ·         Booking prepaid with a credit card or debit card and cancellation notified 12 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
  • ·         If the passenger missed the flight and informs us in advance either by e mail, text or via phone and obtains a cancellation number.

If correct cancellation procedure is taken then no charges apply.

No refunds will be issued for the following:

  • ·         Cancellations notified under 12 hours
  • ·         If the passenger books the PHV for a wrong date, wrong flight number and other misleading information.
  • ·         If the passenger leaves the Pickup point without informing us for any reason whatsoever.

Tolls Charges

Any Bridge Tolls or London congestion charges are not included in journey price they will be added on top of your journey price. You will be informed of this when booking.

Damage Policy

The company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or any other item,
