Payment can easily be made; we accept all major credit cards & accept payment via PayPal or Google checkout. Alternatively payment can be made on the day cash to driver,

Yes we do offer all our business customers a 10% discount on all bookings however this offer can only be redeemed on bookings over £65.00

To register as an account customer, register with us by the registration section of the website. Once you have registered with us, we will email back requesting further information & also we will email you an account form which will need to be completed and returned via email or post

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance there will be no charge. Cancellations made within 12  hours of the arranged time will be charged at the full rate.

Yes, if you are a registered customer/company then you're more than welcome to choose you driver / vehicle.

On the day of your booking, your driver will contact you 15 minutes before they arrives at your pick up address. Also if you have a Skype number a message will be sent to you. Alternatively if the pickup address is at an airport, then your driver will be found using our meet & greet service.

Once you have made a booking with us either over the phone or via the website, we will email  you a confirmation containing all your booking details.
